Ledro Land Art

The Ledro Land Art Path was founded in 2012 in the beautiful nature of the Val die Ledro valley

The project Ledro Land Art was founded with the aim to combine art and nature. It is a 1 km long circular path which proceeds from the pinewood of Pur along the Assat river until the Malga Cita hut.

The exhibits were all made directly in the forest and the artists chose the places, where the artworks now can enchant the walkers and artlovers. All used materials of course are ecofriendly. Ledro Land Art wants to animate people, to think about the relationship between human and nature and to rediscover the old traditions. Among others the visitors can watch huge cows with steely horns, a snail, a mysterious ufo and many other creations. Every artwork is described.

The path is easy to walk and suited for prams. A car park, rest and picnic benches are also available. At the entrance to the park there is an information point and a shop with a bar and sanitary facilities.
