Passo Tonale skiing area

Skiing on the Presena Glacier between Vermiglio and Ponte di Legno

Skiing nearly the whole year round? No problem, as the Passo Tonale, located between the provinces of Trento and Lombardy, guarantees snow from autumn to late spring. The ski slopes and modern lift facilities offer the possibility to still enjoy sunshine skiing when others start thinking about jumping in one of the Trentino lakes. Together with Passo Tonale, the area around the Presena Glacier belongs to the large ski carousel "Pontedilegno-Tonale".

This skiing area also comprises Ponte di Legno and Temù and offers more than 30 modern lift facilities and 100 km of ski slopes. One of the most striking slopes is the black "paradiso" run, which is one of the longest and most beautiful ski slopes throughout the alpine area (3,000 m a.s.l. and 737 m drop).

And that's far from being all: snowpark, ski school, ski playschool "Fantaski", a free shuttle from Marilleva to Tonale, skis and snowboards to rent... these are only some of the offers of the skiing area.
