Description
This summer Casa de Gentili is hosting an unusual and original exhibition in the type of works on display and the way they are presented to the visitor.
Twenty canvases painted by young people with autism spectrum disorders are accompanied by the works of the two authors Massimo Giovannini and Camilla Nacci who, through photography and narrative, interpret the neurovariety that affects these young painters in their art and in their lives.
The twenty paintings allow us to return to the idea of art as a communicative tool. Overwhelming inner worlds that, thanks to the help of experienced educators, take possession of the language of painting and illustrious cues to express themselves on canvas.
The works are created by the guests of Casa Sebastiano in Coredo, which houses children and young people affected by the autistic spectrum.
