Cancellation policy

Trip cancellation and insurance policy

FLEXIBLE TERMS OF CANCELLATION

In case of cancellation made up to 14 days before the arrival day no cost will be charged.
For cancellations from 13 to 7 days before the arrival day we give you the possibility to use the deposit for a future stay within 1 year.
From 6 days before the arrival day the deposit will be withheld.

During the Christmas holidays (from 20 December to 8 January 2023) and August it is possible to cancel or modify the reservation free of charge up to 30 days before the date of arrival.
From 29 to 8 days before the arrival day 30% of the total stay will be charged.
From 7 to 1 day before arrival day 50% of the total stay will be charged.

In case of no show, late arrival or early departure, the amount of the missing nights will be charged with respect to the reservation. Changes of dates and new stays are subject to availability and new rate plans.
