The reservation is considered valid once we send our written confirmation.
In case of late arrival, early departure, or no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
For cancellations up to 15 days before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded but may be applied to a future stay.
For cancellation within 14 days of arrival, the deposit will be retained without additional penalties.
For cancellations made earlier, the deposit can be applied to the cost of a future holiday within 365 days from the cancellation date. The deposit will not be refunded in any case.
These conditions apply during high season periods. In low season, it is possible to change the dates of the stay up to 5 days before arrival.
