Cancellation policy
Cancellation policies
within 30 days - we will issue a stay voucher in the value of the deposit
Within 15 days - we issue a stay voucher worth 50% of the deposit
Beyond 15 days and in case of a No Show without prior notice, the confirmatory deposit is totally retained by the facility.
The voucher is valid for 18 months for stays of a duration similar to the one booked in the beginning.
