Description
On 11 and 12 October, the Val di Non, the undisputed home of the Italian PDO apple, pays homage to the generosity of nature through a grand celebration of the valley's flagship fruit: the apple.
A rich programme allows you to immerse yourself in the autumnal colours, flavours and scents of the Valli del Noce: you can meet producers, pick apples from the trees, stroll through apple orchards, taste the best local produce, and take part in educational workshops and tasting experiences.
Pomaria is a true celebration of flavours and scents, but it also embraces art, culture, music and tradition. Alongside the apple-themed activities, there are many others linked to the region: demonstrations of ancient crafts, guided walks and excursions, visits to the valley's most charming places, stalls offering traditional local food and wine dishes, and fun games and activities for children.
An opportunity for gathering, leisure and enjoyment, to mark the end of the harvest and to discover the Val di Non, its art, flavours and history!
This year, Pomaria will take place in the village of Denno.
