Thermal baths of Levico and Vetriolo

The beneficial effect of thermal water.

Thanks to its special composition, the thermal springs of Levico and Vetriolo are considered to be unique in Italy as well as extremely rare throughout Europe. These arsenic and ferrous springs have their source at an altitude of 1,582 m a.s.l. They have been known for their calming effect on the nervous system since the 16th century. The thermal water of Levico is particularly suitable for anxiety, musculoskeletal disorders, dermatological and gynaecological complaints and thyroid diseases. Studies have confirmed the therapeutic effect of the springs on respiratory diseases and inflammation caused by pollution and smog.

The range of treatments includes balneotherapies, inhalations and aerosol therapies, fango-balneotherapies, vaginal irrigations and massages.
