Lasino

The hamlet of Lasino is situated on the slopes of Monte Bondone

The village of Lasino (463 m a.s.l.), also known as "Alpe di Trento" (alpine pasture of Trento) is characterised by ancient houses in medieval and Renaissance style, whereas its surroundings reveal traces of Roman settlements.

The Holy Cross chapel and the St. Peter's church with its marvellous frescoes should not be missed. The path between Castel Madruzzo and Cavedine is perfect for archaeology lovers. Hikers can undertake a thrilling 2-hour hike to Monte Bondone or Cima Palon (2,090 m a.s.l.), a stunning panoramic point with an all-round view of Trentino's mountains.
