Situated on the right bank of the Adige river, the village of Nave San Rocco was flooded several times due to its position below the riverbed. However, thanks to its proximity to the Adige river the village used to be an ancient river port, a fact testified by documents dating back to 1235.
The entire village is surrounded by apple and pear orchards and vineyards. After the reclamation of the area, many farms were built, creating a distinctive agricultural landscape on the valley floor.
The S. Rocco church dating back to the previous century and the small church dedicated to the Saints Sebastiano and Fabiano from the 15th or 16th century are worth visiting.
