Bach: Goldberg's Variations
at 9pm at the Sequoia Installation in Levico's Spa Park

Johann Sebastian Bach's famous Goldberg Variations are one of the most loved and performed pieces of keyboard literature of all time. It is an aria followed by thirty variations and then again by the da capo aria, thirty-two small jewels which together constitute a monumental work and a masterpiece of musical architecture. Original for harpsichord, they are often performed on the piano. 

Edoardo Bruni studied piano with Maddalena Giese and Aquiles delle Vigne (specializing with Lazar Berman, Arnaldo Cohen, Andras Schiff) and composition with Armando Francheschini, Cosimo Colazzo, Carlo Galante (specializing with Alexander Mullenbach, Luis Bacalov, Azio Corghi).
