Suspension bridge Monte di Mezzocorona

The new Tibetan bridge is a must for adrenaline and adventure seekers

The new, recently built suspension bridge on Monte di Mezzocorona (approx. 900 metres a.s.l.), offers an unforgettable experience. It measures a length of 123 m and is about 130 m above the ground. The steel cable bridge crosses the Val della Villa and delights you with an impressive view on the entire area of the Piana Rotaliana.

By using the cable car, it is possible to climb the mountain in just 3 minutes (altitude gain: 620 metres). From the mountain station visitors can reach the bridge by following a path provided with signposts in about 20 minutes. As an alternative, you can walk along the SAT 500 trail, a steep and challenging path of medium difficulty starting from the valley and heading steadily uphill.

Another attraction not to be missed on Monte di Mezzocorona is the Skywalk, a panoramic platform inaugurated in 2023, measuring a length of 17 metres and provided with a glass floor at its most exposed point at 648 metres above the ground

Please note: The cable car will be closed on some days for routine maintenance; please inform yourself in advance.
