Cancellation policy
Cancellation policies
If you need to cancel your reservation we kindly ask you to inform us promptly. The following terms apply in case of cancellation.
Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit paid will be refunded
For cancellations or modify from 29 to 8 days before the arrival date, 30% of the total stay will be charged
From 7 to 1 day before the expected day of arrival, 50% of the total stay
In case of cancellation on the day of arrival, for no show, late arrival or early departure, the entire stay/amount of the missing nights will be charged with respect to the reservation.
Changes of dates and new stays are subject to availability and new rate plans.
