Penalties in case of cancellation:
In the event of cancellation for reasons not attributable to the Hotel, the following will be required:
for cancellations prior to 21 days from the check-in date the deposit can be used for a stay of the same duration in the same season
between 20 and 14 days the deposit will not be refunded
from 13 to 8 days before arrival, 50% of the total stay
from 7 to 4 days before arrival, 75% of the total stay
from 3 days or no-show, 100% of the total stay
