Reductions and surcharges
In a double room used as a single, a surcharge of 35% will be applied. Room service: we apply a surcharge of € 5.00 per delivery.

Animals
Our dog friends or small animals are welcome at our hotel, with a contribution of € 6.00 per day. In the event your animal causes damages, we will be obliged to charge you the amount of the damage. We would be grateful if you brought a blanket and bed for your animal. For reasons of hygiene, animals cannot be admitted to the restaurant or wellness centre. 


Discounts for children
From 0 to 1 year of age, children may stay in the room with their parents free of charge; there is a surcharge of € 15.00 per day for children from 2 to 3 years of age and children from 4 to 8 years of age will have a 50% discount. A 30% discount will be granted for children from 9 to 12 years of age. Children up to 14 years of age will be granted access to the Wellness Centre until 5:30 p.m.

Important Information
On the day of your arrival, the room will be available at 12:00 p.m. at the earliest. Please leave the room free within 10:00 a.m. on the day of your departure. If you wish to remain in the hotel to relax for the entire day, you may deposit your baggage at reception, where we shall be happy to hold them for you until your departure. If you think you will be arriving after 8:00 p.m., we request you kindly advise us accordingly.
