Cancellation policy
Cancellation policies
- Free cancellation up to 16 days before your arrival; you will receive a 100% refund for your deposit.
- If you cancel 15 to 4 days before your arrival date, your deposit will not be refunded, but you can use the full deposit 100% for another stay in either the Hotel Alpholiday or the Hotel Ariston in Monclassico within one year from the date that the cancellation was made, the dates of your stay will then be directly arranged with you.
- If you cancel 3 to 2 days before your arrival date, you will be charged 50% of the total amount of your stay.
- If you cancel the day before your arrival date, you will be charged 80% of the total amount of your stay.
- In the event of a no-show, you will be charged 100% of your entire stay.
