Situated at 664 m a.s.l., Prezzo extends on the slopes of the Dos Alt and Monte Melino along the road to the altopiano di Boniprati. Characterised by marvellous white houses, usually decorated with rampant vines, the village was entirely rebuilt after having been destroyed during the Great War. The St. Giacomo Maggiore church was renovated in 1560 and should not be missed.
Prezzo is an ideal destination for long walks in an untouched nature. The area of Zeprio is a perfect starting point for hikes to Monte Melino, Dos Alt and Cima Cleve. The altopiano di Boniprati, a sought-after hiking destination in summer, turns into a winter paradise with cross-country ski tracks and ski mountaineering itineraries.
