A weekend to truly slow down. Gentle walks, sensory activities in the woods and guided reflections led by a naturopath, a psychotherapist and a nature journalist. Listen to your body, breathe in the landscape and rediscover just how deeply regenerating contact with the mountains can be. With the option of an overnight stay in the mountain hut and locally sourced cuisine.

€90 (without overnight stay) / €125 (with overnight stay, meals included)
Holders of the Guest Card are entitled to a 10% discount

Duration: Weekend

Lunch: Packed lunch to be provided by participants, unless otherwise stated in the activity description.

Groups: Guided tours for groups (min. 5 people) available by booking on the first Wednesday of
each month, from June to September.

Standard meeting point: Malga Valtrighetta car park (Telve). From there, it is approximately a 45-minute walk to Malga Valtrigona.

WWF membership: for multi-day activities, WWF membership is included in the price and compulsory for insurance purposes: if you sign up via direct debit, the cost of the activity is reduced by €15. Discounts (e.g. Guest Card and WWF membership) cannot be combined.
