The Living Crib of Canale di Tenno

Every year in December the hamlet of Canale di Tenno becomes the scene of a Nativity play for one day

Every year Canale di Tenno, one of the most beautiful hamlets of Italy hosts a special event: the living crib. During Christmas time, the village with its alleys, courtyards and wonderful panoramic spots exhibits a wonderful Nativity Scene. The Holy Family with St. Joseph, Mary, Jesus the child, as well as their angels, shepherds and animals are immersed in an authentic Christmas atmosphere embellished by sweet Christmas melodies and carols. During this time old professions and traditions are brought back to life.

The living crib of Canale di Tenno is a fascinating attraction for the entire family.
