The meteorological conditions in this area are particularly favourable for paragliding, a sport thanks to which you will reach altitudes above 2,500 m s.l.m. while admiring Lake Molveno and the eponymous village from an entirely different perspective.

The landing area at the shores of Lake Molveno, is only a stone's throw from the car park. If you would like to paraglide in this area, we recommend you a tandem flight with a two-seater glider.

Above Molveno, there are three different takeoff spots:

• above the village of Molveno (1,000 m a.s.l.), accessible from the village by car or on foot
• in the village of Deft (1,090 m a.s.l.): about 15 minutes from the takeoff spot above Molveno
• in the village of Montanara (1,400 m a.s.l.), accessible by cable car from the village centre
