Cancellation policies
Cancellation Conditions: as foreseen by European regulations, in the eventuality of last-minute cancellation and without prior agreement, the following penalties will be charged as follows (treated as % of the total stay):
within 31 days of the arrival date 0%
between 30 and 15 days of the arrival date 40%
between 14 and 8 days of the arrival date 60%
from 7 days of the arrival date 70%
no show 100%
“La Dolce Vita” Beauty centre bookings: to best satisfy your requirements we request that you contact our personnel at the beauty centre by telephone, a week before your arrival, to book any packages or appointments. Appointments cancelled with 18 hours notice will not be charged. Otherwise an amount equal to 50% of the total cost will be charged.
