The village is divided into four districts: Villa di Sopra, Villa di Mezzo, Villa di Sotto and the new residential area of Brusadi. Don is a small locality with ancient origins, as confirmed by archaeologic finds from the 19th century. The interesting parish church is consecrated to the Saints Brigida and Carlo and dates back to 1873. Inside the church you can admire paintings of the Via Crucis which were created by Mattia Lampi in 1735. Other remarkable buildings in Don are Casa Simbeni and Casa Endrici, with the latter being the birthplace of Celestino Endrici, the last Prince Archbishop of Trento.
Don is situated in a calm and peaceful position and therefore particularly suitable for those seeking relax far away from everyday life. In winter you can undertake winter hikes or have fun skiing on the cross-country ski tracks or ski slopes which are only few kilometres away from the village. In summer, numerous tours ranging from relaxing strolls to challenging hikes await you. The "3 Mulini" walk or the definitely more challenging 4-hour hike from Don to the San Romedio Sanctuary are highly recommended.
