This small village at almost 800 m a.s.l. was built in the typical style of the Valli Giudicarie, which can be recognised by the two shingled sloping roofs, doors with wooden superstructures, iron gratings and granite portals. The medieval St. Peter church overlooks the Pieve di Bono basin and is worth visiting. Only slightly more than one kilometre from Praso is Sevror, the most ancient centre of the area, where the St. Rocco church dating back to 1530 is situated. Its dome houses frescoes from the 18th centuries.
Forte Corno, an Austro-Hungarian fortress from the First World War, is only a stone's throw from Praso and belongs to the famous Lardaro barrier.
