Valdaone is a municipality with 1,140 inhabitants at an altitude of 767 m a.s.l. It is composed of the hamlets of Bersone, Daone and Praso. Valdaone owes its name to the beautiful, neighbouring Valle di Daone which stretches over 30 km to the Adamello massif.
Valdaone is an ideal destination for sports lovers as it hosts a stage of the Speed Climbing World Cup. The marvellous natural landscape of this area is characterised by stunning waterfalls, a rich fauna and flora and numerous lakes and malghe waiting to be discovered!
