Guided tour of the Rampeèr brewery in Campitello (Kampitell) with a narrated tasting led by brewer Daniel.

An experience designed for true beer lovers, meeting Daniel, the master brewer and heart of the brewery in Campitello. After years of travelling through Europe and studying the best production techniques, Daniel created the first craft beer made in Val di Fassa (Fassatal). Today, he is ready to share its history, passion, and secrets with those who do not just want to drink a beer, but want to truly understand it. Guided by his voice and enthusiasm, you will enter the heart of mountain craft beer production. You will discover every stage of the process: from selecting natural ingredients, with the pure water of Val Duron (Durontal) as a distinctive element, to processing the wort in the copper brewhouse, followed by fermentation, kegging, and tapping. The experience concludes with a discovery of scents, aromas, and local stories during a guided tasting of craft beers paired with traditional cheeses from Val di Fassa.
