A full day dedicated to wellbeing, designed for connecting with nature and immersing oneself, through the practice of yoga and the enveloping experience of sound baths at 2000 metres.
Gongs, ocean drums, drums, and many other instruments will allow you to experience unique emotions and connect with the Dolomites and your surroundings, enabling you to fully enjoy and appreciate the wonderful setting of Ciampac (reachable by cable car from Alba di Canazei). Giorgia and Alberto from Evolution Vigolana ASD will accompany you throughout the day on this beautiful inner journey, starting at 10:00 with the first yoga session and concluding at 16:00 with the final sound bath. Together, you will bid farewell to the mountain and round off a memorable day.
Programme:
- 10:00 – 11:00 – Yoga and myths. Rediscover yoga movements through a Greek myth.
- 11:00 – 12:00 – Sound bath. Allow the vibrations of gongs and other ancestral instruments to guide your inner journey.
- 14:00 – 15:00 – Meridian yoga. Stretching the 12 Masunaga meridians of traditional Chinese medicine.
- 15:00 – 16:00 – Bid farewell to the mountains with a cascade of sounds from gongs and other ancestral instruments.
Price:
This activity has limited spaces and is organised by Società Funivia Ciampac e Contrin. It is included in the Panorama Pass or with a lift ticket. Booking is recommended by calling 0462 608856, directly at the Info Point at Ciampac, or at the Alba lift ticket office. Lift tickets and any lunch at the mountain hut are at the participants' expense. The activity will be cancelled in case of bad weather.
Participants must bring a yoga mat or towel.
