Latemar Montagnanimata

Latemar Montagnanimata (Montagnanimata means “moving mountain”) is located in the Val di Fiemme valley, at the feet of the Latemar and is easily accessible from Predazzo by the Predazzo-Gardoné lift. Thanks to three thematic paths which are dedicated to the young visitors, the forest becomes an interesting place to play and to explore. Fantasy figures, dragons and shepherds await the kids. At the info point of the Montagnanimata you get all information about the single games and thematic paths which are suited for different ages.

The Dragon Path (La Foresta dei Draghi), the Path of the Absentminded Shepherd (Sentiero del Pastore Distratto) and the Geological Path Dos Capèl, these are the names of the thematic paths. The circular Dragon Path is suited especially for the really young ones and for prams. Besides dragon foot prints and magic installations it offers a gorgeous view on the Dolomites. The Path of the Absentminded Shepherd is interesting for kids between 4 and 10 years. And the Geological Path Dos Capèl offers a little longer walk and an adventure with chisel, loupe and face mask. Equipped like this they can enjoy a search for fossils. Also part of the Latemar Montagnanimata is the Alpine Coaster Gardoné and a slope, which you can hurtle down on rubber tyres.

The thematic paths are completed by a children’s playground called The Realm of the Dragon where also childminding is offered.
