QC Terme Dolomiti

The new thermal and wellness centre QC Terme Dolomiti in Pozza di Fassa was inaugurated in December 2016 and extends over an area of 4.000 sq m on three floors. It includes different swimming pools and outdoor areas suitable for a real "Forest Bathing", a famous, widespread practice in Japan and in the Far East and one of the pillars of preventive medicine. The thermal centre is immersed in the wonderful landscape of the Val di Fassa. Here, special attention is devoted to creating an ambiance where perfection, peace and harmony of senses perfectly intertwine.

The thermal water originates from the spring of Aloch (or Alloch), the only sulphurous spring of Trentino. Since ancient times it has been known for its multiple benefits and for being rich in mineral salts, sulphur, sulphate, calcium and magnesium. The 9.5°C cold thermal water gushes out from the rocks of Mt. Bellerophon in the gruppo dei Monzoni at an altitude of 1,230 m a.s.l.

The QC Terme Dolomiti thermal centre offers a comprehensive and sensorial wellness experience with chromatic pools, pools with music, waterfalls to loosen up your shoulders and back muscles, a hydromassage pool and a Kneipp area. Sauna enthusiasts shouldn't miss the vast sauna area where they can enjoy peaceful, relaxing moments. The centre features biosaunas, hammam, a massage area, special treatments for the body and face and more. The savoury local dishes proposed in the "Wellness Lunch" and "Wellness Break" menus will definitely make your mouth water, whereas the "Aperiterme" is the perfect choice for those who want to end the day on a high note.
