This easy but still stunning snowshoe itinerary is suitable for the whole family. With the snowshoes on we discover the extensive area surrounding the Marmolada - Ombrettola group.
From Passo San Pellegrino we take the well-visible path towards Rifugio Fuciade. We follow the flat itinerary to the village of Fuciade which is particularly known for its typical wooden buildings and for the stunning panoramic views of the Sass di Tasca, Sasso di Valfredda, Punta Zigolè and Punta Uomo it offers. The Rifugio Fuciade hut is open also in winter.
On our return we can choose between two alternatives: we could either retrace our steps or descend across the Valle del Rio di Zigole along an easy circular route.
