Along with Rallo, Pavillo and Campo, Tassullo with its four districts, known as "le Quattro Ville" is part of the municipality of
Ville d'Anaunia. Embedded in the apple orchards south of Lago di Santa Giustina, this village is an important agricultural centre of the Val di Non.
The main attraction of Tassullo is its elegant Castel Valer. Surrounded by apple orchards, this well-preserved castle features a 40 m high dungeon, two frescoed chapels and ten halls with furniture of past times. It can be visited during a guided tour and is nowadays a venue for different events. From this fortress you can enjoy a fantastic panorama.
Malga Tassulla in the Val Nana is an important hiking destination near Tassullo. From here you can take different hiking paths, for example to Rifugio Peller.
