Have you always dreamt of crossing the Alps by bike while participating in a thrilling race?
The Tour Transalp is a multi-stage cycling race through the stunningly beautiful landscapes of Tyrol in Austria, the Val Pusteria in South Tyrol and the Trentino.
Participants can choose between three different races which vary in terms of length, elevation gain and duration. The shortest race is the Tour Challenge 3 days composed of 3 stages with a total length of 350 km and 6,000 m of elevation gain. The Tour Challenge 4 Days consists of 4 stages with a total length of 500 km and 8,000 m of elevation gain. The longest race is the 7 day Tour Transalp. The route starts in Lienz and ends in Riva del Garda. Cyclists tackle 15 passes on a 750 km long route with 15,000 m of elevation gain. In Trentino, the race passes the villages of San Martino di Castrozza with the stunning Pale di San Martino group, Lavarone and Riva del Garda.
