Borgo Chiese

Borgo Chiese is a scattered municipality in the Valle del Chiese and is composed of the hamlets of Brione, Cimego and Condino. It is home to 2,000 inhabitants

Situated on an altitude ranging from 444 to about 900 m a.s.l., the municipality of Borgo Chiese is a highly appreciated holiday destination for nature, culture and art lovers.

Its hamlets are wonderful historic gems and boast numerous interesting spots and monuments, such as the 16th-century St. Antonius church, the Pieve di Santa Maria, Palazzo della Torre, the Casa Marascalchi Museum. Walkers will enjoy a relaxing stroll along the Sentiero etnografico Rio Caino.

In summer you can undertake stunning hikes to the altopiano Boniprati, the malghe of Valle Aperta, Brealone, Bondolo and Cima Bruffione. In winter, ski enthusiasts can have fun on the local ski slopes and cross-country ski tracks.
