This 44-km long stage with an elevation gain of 2,300 metres is the most challenging, as well as the most beautiful stage, thanks to its varied landscape

The fourth stage of the Dolomiti di Brenta Bike tour starts in Stenico from where we cycle along a narrow road on the mountain slope towards west to Ragoli. From here, we ascend first along an asphalt road towards Montagne which then turns into a gravel road. Near the village of Binio at 1,100 m we reach a hairpin bend of the SP 236 to passo Daone at 1,330 m a.s.l. where we descend until the hairpin bend from where the "Nisafta" forest road branches off. We follow the Brenta Bike signposts towards "Malga Movlina".
Soon, we ascend several hairpin bends on forest roads to passo Stablei and further to malga Movlina at 1,600 m a.s.l. From there, we cycle along the Singletrail to passo Gotro and to the Bregn de l'Ors meadows at 1,850 m a.s.l. and then descend to the lago di Val d'Agola along a steep path. The landscapes of the Brenta ridge on our right and those of the Adamello group on our left are highly impressive.
We highly recommend wheeling your bike along some sections, including a part of the downhill section, as they are too dangerous and covered also by hikers. We cycle past the malga Valagola and descend to 1,200 m a.s.l. along a gravel road. Now we need to tackle the last, 350-m long ascent through the valle di Vallesinella which takes us to the road to Madonna di Campiglio.
