The village of Siror at 765 m a.s.l. is situated in the northernmost part of the valley, on the orographical left side of the Cismon stream. Its sunny position in the heart of verdant and dense forests is an ideal starting point for strolls and hikes in nature. Mushrooms, wild berries and mixed berries thrive in this area at the foot of the Pale di San Martino.
The historic centre of Siror with its large stone fountains and frescoed house facades embodies the true soul of a typical mountain village. The 14th century Sant'Andrea parish church was completely rebuilt at the beginning of the 18th century and the ancient seat of the townhall with stucco works of the 17th and 18th century in the main square (piazza principale) are two cultural gems you shouldn't miss.
The picturesque Christmas market turns this ancient hamlet in the north of the Valle di Primiero into a romantic venue full of lights, decorations, and music - a truly enchanting Advent experience.
