Malga San Giovanni is actually an agritourism in the beautiful hamlet of Monte San Giovanni, above Arco, near Riva del Garda. From here you have a stunning view of the Valle dei Laghi and Lake Garda

Malga San Giovanni near Riva del Garda is reachable by car only from Arco, Malga San Giovanni is a well-known destination among cyclists and hikers coming from the opposite side (Valli Giudicarie) for its peacefulness and the total absence of motorised traffic in its surroundings.
The itinerary we completed is highly recommended as it gives you the possibility of visiting the archaeological site of San Martino, well-known throughout Europe for the Paleochristian remains which were found only a few years ago and are nowadays studied thoroughly.
From the car park in the village of Lundo we follow path no. 425, a path devoted to the beatified alpinist Pier Giorgio Frassati, to the final destination and return on the same path. Please remember that at halfway you can divert to visit the archaeological site.
