The medieval hamlet of Comano is embedded among the forests above the Valle del Sarca and below the slopes of Monte Casale at an altitude of about 630 m a.s.l. This quiet area delights holidaymakers with relaxing moments and a wonderful view of the Brenta Dolomites.
Monte Casale, a 1,632 m high mountain, separates the Valle dei Laghi and the plain north of Lake Garda from the Valli Giudicarie. From Comano, a panoramic road leads up to an altitude of 900 metres, where the forest path to the meadows and the Rifugio Don Zio Pisoni starts. From the peak you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Dolomites and Lake Garda and take wonderful photos.
