Despite having been destroyed by numerous fires in the 18th century and bombings during the two World Wars, the village still boasts the typical rural architecture of some noble residences. In front of the town hall stands "Casa Oliari" which served as a residence for a family of Venetian merchants. Their coat of arms on the external faҫade of the building is still well visible.
Several capitals in the village and its surroundings testify the deep faith of the local population. The Val d'Ampola, a valley characterised by barns and lime kilns, extends near the centre. In the valley you can visit the laghetto d'Ampola, today a protected biotope where many interesting plants and animals thrive. The nearby visitor's centre displays different species of plants and animals living in the lake.
Mountain bikers can take the road to monte Tremalzo where they can find malga di Bezzecca and malga di Tiarno di Sopra which are still used as pastures for livestock. Enjoy relaxing strolls in the wonderful vegetation of the mountain!
