Surrounded by vineyards, the village of Ospedaletto at the entrance to the Val Bronzale owes its name to an ancient hospital for wayfarers. Today the village is experiencing an economic and industrial momentum thanks to the modernisation of the artisanal and agricultural sectors.
Enjoy wonderful walks through the stunning pine forests of the Val Bronzale. Speleologists can have fun in the Grotta della Bigonda, a cavern with lakes and natural caves which are entirely submerged with water. Do not miss the impressive natural monument of Ponte dell'Orco, a 40 metres large arch which formed after collapses in the cave.
