The game enclosure of Peio is located in the Stelvio National Park, more precisely along the road, which proceeds from Pejo Fonti to Peio Paese.
The enclosure has been arranged, to accommodate injured wild animals and to nurse them back to health again. The deer are housed in large fenced-in corrals which give the visitors the opportunity to watch them from near.
In the cervine house (Casa dei Cervi) also an information point and a visitor centre are located, where boards and photos tell about the animals which live here and in the surroundings of the national park.
