Pellizzano

In the heart of an amazing natural landscape, there is the village of Pellizzano, situated at 925 m a.s.l

Pellizzano is a small characteristic village in the Val di Sole valley. It comprises the localities of Termenago and Castello, all situated on a plain.

In this village, architecture and nature are one unit. Pellizzano consists of several houses featuring stone portals and peaceful courtyards and a church, built in the Gothic-Renaissance period. Several elements in the village remember historical events, which are liven up in different manifestations and events, taking place in the village especially in summer time.

Pellizzano is a perfect holiday destination for all those who do not only love to relax, but also want to have some entertainment and do sport. In summer you can make an adventurous rafting tour on the Noce river, a trip to the Lago dei Caprioli (which means "Lake of the Deers") or to the near alpine pastures, where you can watch farmers preparing milk products and typical dishes.

In winter, however, a free shuttle connects Pellizzano with the nearby skiing areas Pejo, Folgarida Marilleva, Passo Tonale and Madonna di Campiglio, where you cannot only ski, but also do other winter sports. Moreover in Pellizzano you can do trampoline jumping - this is unique in the valley!
